My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms, despite being small and facing a parking lot, were adequately cleaned. However, the lack of heat made it feel freezing at times. The service was fantastic with friendly staff and excellent breakfast, but there were oversights like missing dirty clothes. The location was convenient but lacked early access to amenities. The dining options were limited, while the room and pool were well-maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located with clean and comfortable rooms, although nighttime noise from the nearby interstate can be an issue. The pool area is a nice feature, and there are dining options and a Meijer store nearby.

The hotel has a convenient location right off 94, making it handy for traveling east, west, or north. The rooms, although having a facelift, had a slight smell of urine that required us to request a move. The service was a mix of courteous and approachable interactions, with some instances of rudeness that affected our experience. The dining options were generally good, with a decent selection of breakfast items. However, the rooms had a bizarre glass front design that lacked privacy, and the location was not ideal for international visitors without a car.

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The rooms were a bit disappointing with half-used amenities, Keurig machine issues, and noise from the outside. The service, on the other hand, was excellent, with courteous and attentive staff. The location had its quirks but was convenient for accessing major highways. The dining options were fair, but there were still renovations ongoing. Facilities were adequate, though some aspects need improvement.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the University of Michigan and the mall. The rooms, though somewhat tight, provide a decent rest despite cleanliness issues and bright lighting. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service during my stay.
